At Ollie's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to initiate the return process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
